Grilled Chicken Wings

This is one of my favourites.
a
Ingredients:
6 Chicken Wings
2 tbsp Honey
a
Marinade
3 tbsp Hoi Sin Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp ginger juice
1 tbsp garlic juice
a
Method:
1. Mix well with Marinade and marinate for 1-2 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Glaze baking tray with some oil. Place chicken wings onto the tray. Grill in the oven for 10 minutes.
3. Flip chicken wings, glaze the chicken wings with honey. Continue to grill the chicken wings for another 10 mins. at 200 degrees.
4. Heat the pan with a little oil and fry the remaining marinade to get the sauce.
5. Serve the grilled chicken wings with the sauce.
5. Do not pour the sauce onto the chicken wings, else the wings will not be crispy.

Actually hor, very sorry, I forgot to add this: If u want the chicken wings to be crispier, lay the chicken wings on the rack and grill. Make sure u put a tray lined with aluminium foil under the rack to collect the dripping oil.

If u marinate the wings and immediately roast them, the wings will still be soggy. Another method is: after marinating the wings, dry the wings either in the sun (like they dry the roasted duck, heehee, this will be too 'kua cheong') or dab dry the wings with kitchen tissue.

Heehee, tried something new so would like to share with u all mar. And don't know how to post in mybabybay's cookblog wor.

Glazing the honey b4 u eat, I guess u'll get the sticky feeling (the honey will stick to ur fingers). Instead, u can glaze the wings with honey and bake again (as in No. 3)
