Happy Mooncake Festival to u!!!
Hey Happy Moon Cake Fest. You really a good chef! Very beautiful, make me wanna bite my monitor.
Jaclyn
Hahaha, very soli my jelly mooncakes are not for sale. Actually those were made from agar-agar powder so can be made any time as jellies by just adding coconut milk and with whatever flavours u like, only without the fillings. If u want, I can make for u if I get to meet u, heehee.
Rachel
The mango flavour was not so nice cos I put too little mango puree and the mangoes were a little bit too cooked. 1st time made so I'll know what to do the next time, add in the mango puree and mangoes after the agar-agar, santan and sugar are disssolved and cooked.
Sasha
Sasha, Sasha, u want u want?! U come to my house. Hahaha.
Michelle

Aiyo, I'm so lazy to post the recipes cos I 'stole' the recipes from the books
Jess
The fillings won't tenggelam cos u've to wait for the bottom layer to be set first.
Yvonne
I'm lucky Pappy loves to eat 'chee kar choi' and doesn't like outside 'choi' wor, if he like outside 'choi' I 'sei lor' (heehee).
Annie
Wah, u are very observant leh, even took notice of my plate (haha). FYI, I've six of them and they were gifts from Tang's.
Amah
True, true, they are just like jellies but only with fillings.
Sabrina
Not clever lar. Just fascinated by the book and tried my itchy hands on making them.
Chanel
U want, u want too? No more lor. Can't keep them for long too as they contain santan.
Ginie
Oh, I tried the jelly with longan too. If I'm not mistaken they're called 'Taiwan Tau Fu Far'.
Chinnee
Am I? *blush blush* I hope Pappy and Des thinks so too (heehee).
Sylvia
Why shy neh? No need to compare, just exchange ideas. If I'm a good chef, I won't be sitting at home .... sigh ....
Magictree
If I sell, nobody will want to buy lar cos my frens will want them for free *blek*
